  • Your Stuff: When you upload content or create custom AI bots using our tools, you retain ownership of your underlying content. However, by using our services, you grant AI Bot Customization a license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services to you. We won't claim ownership of your unique AI creations.

Taking a Break or Saying Goodbye (Termination)

Either of us can end this agreement under certain circumstances:

  • By You: You are free to stop using our services at any time. Just discontinue use of the website.
  • By Us: We can suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in any unlawful activity, or if we believe it's necessary to protect our services, our users, or AI Bot Customization. We’ll generally try to give you notice if possible, but we don't have to if the violation is severe or immediate action is required.

Our Responsibilities and Yours (Limitation of Liability)

We work hard to make AI Bot Customization great, but sometimes things happen, and there are limits to our responsibility.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these terms or our services will be limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the past twelve months, or $100 if you haven't paid anything.
